Dr Rosie Sutton
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Rosie Sutton (BDS, BSc, PGCert) is an award-winning facial aesthetics practitioner known for her natural, understated approach and exceptional eye for detail. With a background in dentistry and a deep-rooted passion for holistic health, Rosie is committed to enhancing her clients’ confidence and long-term wellbeing—not just their appearance.
After graduating from King’s College London, Rosie trained under globally renowned Professor Bob Khanna and now proudly works as one of his training ambassadors, mentoring other medical professionals in advanced facial aesthetics. She was named winner of the Best Lip Sculpting award, celebrating her expertise in subtle, anatomical enhancement.
Starting from September 2025, Rosie will be studying for a Master’s degree in Nutrition, building on her First-Class Honours in Biomedical Sciences. Her approach is grounded in the belief that true beauty stems from within—connecting skin health, nutrition, and lifestyle to support longevity and glow from the inside out.
This ethos underpins Tweak East, the East London clinic she co-founded with Anika. Run exclusively by healthcare professionals, the clinic is known for its warm, personalised care and focus on natural results. With a growing team and a loyal client base, Tweak East has become a go-to destination for those seeking subtle, expertly delivered tweaks within a holistic, wellness-led setting.
Anika Jagot
Co-Founder & Associate Pharmacist Prescriber
CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE
Anika Jagot (mPharm) qualified as a pharmacist in 2012, after which she gained a valuable insight into the NHS front lines during her pre-registration where she trained in a hospital setting.
Following this, her interest in marketing and strategy led to a stint working in healthcare advertising where she fine-tuned her eye for detail and strategic mindset. Anika then returned to community pharmacy to be closer to patients and tailor to their needs. She has continuously been recognised for her dedication to providing the best possible patient care.
Whether it be advice on vitamins, skincare, chronic conditions or acute infections, Anika’s experience has given her a wealth of knowledge to tailor advice to each individual.
After a long-time interest in skincare and aesthetics, Anika trained in providing anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers with the highly esteemed Derma Medical during the pandemic (and maternity leave!) Anika’s friendly manner, listening skills, as well as careful approach ensures that her clients will always leave feeling happy and confident both inside and out.
Soon after this, she met Rosie, with whom she dreamt up Tweak East, an alternative clinic offering a more approachable, contemporary, professional-led aesthetics clinic based in the heart of East London.
Dr Eliza Davison
Associate Medical Doctor
Dr Eliza Davison (MBBS MRes MRCS) is a surgical doctor currently working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Alongside her NHS practice, she has a keen interest in medical aesthetics and trained with the award winning education provider Acquisition Aesthetics. She is constantly advancing her techniques and artistry to achieve natural and bespoke results.
Dr Eliza attended Newcastle University Medical School, where she gained her medical degree and simultaneously achieved a distinction in her Masters of Research. She has worked across specialities and London hospitals, and is now committed to pursuing Plastic Surgery training. The creativity and anatomical knowledge required for this specialty has reflected beautifully into Eliza’s aesthetic practice.
Throughout her training, Dr Eliza has been involved in research and education, most recently authoring a surgical revision textbook. As an East London local, she is excited to join the Tweak East team and support Rosie and Anika in building on the clinic’s success.
Mel Halog
Associate Nurse Prescriber
Mel Halog (BSc PGCert), is a Clinical Nurse Specialist who co-ordinates the Plastic Surgery Trauma service at a major London hospital. Since qualifying as a nurse in 2015, Mel has worked in various fields within the profession including Orthopaedic Trauma, Intensive Care and co-ordinating care for the American Military.
The intricacies and precise nature of Plastic Surgery sparked Mel’s interest in aesthetics. Seeing the complications managed by the Plastics team following reconstructive surgery and aesthetics she has a thorough understanding of complication management and keeps safety as a priority when seeing clients.
Completing her training with the award winning Acquisition Aesthetics, she has dedicated herself to developing her knowledge and skills to achieve natural and individually tailored results. To further enhance her aesthetic practice she pursued the Independent Prescribing qualification, which she passed with distinction. Her meticulous and holistic approach ensures client satisfaction is met without compromise.
As a fellow East Londoner, she is excited to join the Tweak East team to help continue to build the clinic’s success within the dynamic field of aesthetics.
Dr Alice Lee
Associate Medical Doctor
Dr Alice Lee (MBBS BSc MRCS PGCert) is a resident doctor specialising in plastic surgery in London with experience in facial and reconstructive surgery in the NHS. She graduated from Imperial College London in 2019 with the London Gold Medal, awarded to the top medical graduate across all London medical schools.
Alice has a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine. Her surgical training has given her a detailed understanding of facial anatomy and a careful, considered aesthetic eye, further refined through training with the award-winning Acquisition Aesthetics Academy.
Alongside her clinical practice, Alice is dedicated to continually refining her skills to deliver safe, considered treatments tailored to each patient’s individual goals. Her work has been recognised with national awards for research, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and the highest standards of care.
Born and raised in East London, Alice is known for her warm, approachable manner and patient-centred care. She takes a thoughtful, detail-led approach, focusing on subtle enhancements that highlight natural beauty — perfectly in keeping with the ethos at Tweak East.
Dr Dana Sobhanpanah
Associate Medical Doctor
Dr Dana Sobhanpanah (MBBS), a Bristol University graduate, navigated her medical journey amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, serving as an NHS junior doctor in South East hospitals.
Trained at Derma Medical, Dana emphasises comprehensive and aseptic practices in her aesthetic procedures, showcasing her dedication to patient welfare. With deep facial anatomy knowledge, she ensures precise and effective treatments, maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction.
As a local of East London and a devotee of the London Fields Lido, Dana has a strong connection to the community, fueling her commitment to healthcare. She is excited to embark on a new chapter as a trusted professional at Tweak East, aiming to play a pivotal role in the clinic’s success within the vibrant community of East London.
Kaia Gaterell

Kaia (BSc) Registered Nurse
Kaia has always been passionate about aesthetics and skin care. From the beginning, she knew she wanted to help people feel confident in their own skin, and she chose nursing as the best route to build a strong medical foundation. Now a fully registered nurse, she combines her clinical expertise with her love of aesthetics to provide safe, effective, and confidence-boosting treatments.
Since starting her nursing career in 2020, Kaia has worked in both acute and specialist NHS settings. She spent time in a world-renowned maxillofacial unit, where she gained valuable experience in facial anatomy, wound care, and the life-changing impact of precise treatment. She now works at a leading NHS hospital in London, caring for patients across peri-operative, surgical, and anaesthesia settings.
Kaia is known for her precision, attention to detail, and her ability to put people at ease. Having personally struggled with acne, she understands how much our skin and appearance can affect self-esteem and wellbeing. After training with the award-winning Sussex Aesthetics, she continues to grow her expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments.
Now based in East London, Kaia is delighted to be part of Tweak East, where she brings her skills, care, and passion to every client—helping the clinic grow its reputation for beautifully natural results
