What does the consultation involve?
During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and medical history. Our expert team will assess your skin, discuss suitable treatment options, and create a tailored plan to help you achieve natural, long-lasting results.
Whether you’re considering injectables, Hydrafacials, or a bespoke skincare routine, we’ll guide you through the process, ensuring you feel informed and confident before making any decisions. There’s no pressure to commit to treatment on the day — our priority is to provide honest advice and help you choose what’s best for you.
Our team will follow up with you over email following your consultation with a full summary of your consultation, so no need to take notes!
Can I have treatment during my consultation appointment?
In many cases, if appropriate, we can offer anti-wrinkle treatment during your consultation, provided there’s enough time. However, all other treatments will need to be scheduled for a separate appointment to ensure we allocate the time and preparation required for the best results.
If you’re hoping to have anti-wrinkle treatment on the day, please let us know when booking your consultation so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Is the consultation fee redeemable against the cost of treatment?
The consultation fee is only redeemable if you decide to proceed with treatment on the same day, which cannot be guaranteed.
Our consultations are in-depth, lasting up to one hour, during which we thoroughly assess your concerns, goals, and medical history to create a tailored treatment plan. This ensures you receive expert advice and guidance, whether or not you choose to proceed with treatment.
Can I have any in-clinic treatments if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not treat expecting or breastfeeding mothers with botulinum toxin or any other injectable treatment. This also includes all microneedling and Hydrafacial treatments.
Whilst there is limited research to suggest there would be any negative consequences, there is also little research to show that it is proven to be safe to an unborn child.
Do you offer packages?
Yes! We offer packages on treatments which require multiple sessions for optimal results. We also offer bespoke packages if we’re planning multiple treatments for upcoming events such as weddings.
These packages are subject to a face to face consultation to ensure the treatments would be appropriate ad beneficial for each individual. Prices will be discussed in detail during the consultation, often with a saving of 10-20% overall.
